PUNCH - Cardio focused class with lots of punches, running and bodyweight exercises sure to get your heart rate up.
POWER - Strength and endurance based session using dumbbells, barbells, battle ropes, slam balls and more!
PLAY - Bootcamp style class in the park. A combination of cardio, strength and endurance training. A nice all round workout to finish off a successful week and get you set for the weekend.

any new clients will need to purchase a once off annual membership to the pcyc on their first visit after their free trial session. this fee is $30 as at 01/01/2023 as is subject to change at the discretion of the pcyc.
